MDT+ supports multidisciplinary cancer treatment conferences across the Nordics. I led brand identity, illustration system, and end-to-end UI design, creating a visual language credible enough for oncologists and clear enough for support staff.

MDT+ is a digital platform for multidisciplinary team conferences: the meetings where oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists align on treatment plans for individual cancer patients. The platform needed to support a mixed audience. Highly trained medical specialists need dense clinical data presented clearly. Administrative staff need to manage the logistics of those meetings efficiently. The visual language had to feel medically credible without being cold, and approachable without being trivial.

I led the full creative and product design process, from initial brand identity and visual language through to complete UX/UI design.
That included defining the visual identity, building a custom illustration system to communicate key medical concepts, designing the full component library, and producing all major flows and screens.
The illustration system was a significant part of the work: precise enough to represent clinical concepts accurately, while maintaining the warmth the platform needed for its mixed audience.
